Postered

October 29, 2013

large posters on a street-side building

Melbourne has a lot of character; the graffiti & posters are placed and treated completely differently to the way they are in Sydney. In Sydney they’re considered defacement and are treated as such, and possibly as a result (or the reason for the attitude) most graffiti is meaningless and ugly tagging. Melbourne’s graffiti and advertising is much more artistic, emotive and attractive.
